What happens is you apply at

Then you get specific emails sent to you as shown in the second caption.

We need tutors for SPRING and FALL 2009 (nothing in summer)
  • Tutors for Kindergarten to University, ALL grades
  • ALL grades and ALL subjects
  • We pay $16+/hour
  • Tutoring is 1 on 1, and most of the time in the student's home.
  • You should have an efficient means of transportation
  • We offer VERY VERY flexible schedules, and you pick your area!
  • YOU MUST BE VERY VERY FLUENT IN ENGLISH
  • You must have good academic qualifications. This means be in University, or graduated. Or be a current community college student/graduate in something like: business, technical, engineering, computers etc.

The Process:

1. Reply to the posting IF it interests you.
2. Cailie assigns tutors; she assigns it to the first reply that matches required schedule.
3. Cailie won't have time to say "no" to the other replies… sorry... BUT she tries to get to everyone as best as she can!
4. You get paid $16/hour, min 90 minutes ($24/hour in Alberta)
5. You fill in your timesheet after every class (Cailie will give you one).
6. You email your timesheet in at the end of the month filled with all the classes you had during the month.
7. You get payment the first week of the following month.
